At Quiet Minds we are able to provide therapy packages tailored to meet your company’s requirements and employees individuals needs. Please see our Therapies pages for all services available.

Where will the sessions take place?

Face to face sessions are held at one of our practices based in London, Hertfordshire or Essex. All sessions are available via Zoom. We are also able to travel to your workplace allowing multiples employees to access therapy during their working day.

Breakthrough Workshops

As Fusion® therapeutic coaches we offer individual or group sessions teaching the skills of wellbeing linked to the STOP System™; a tried and tested, mindfulness-based intervention for emotional regulation. Feeling overwhelmed, confused, sense of “something not feeling right” but no idea why. Would you like to to gain an understanding of the areas of your life which are working and ones that aren’t working so well? We will teach you how making simple changes to your life have a huge impact on your emotional and physical wellbeing. Fusion® Breakthrough days are a great solution if you feel committing to weekly therapy or coaching is not for you. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an important part of any therapeutic relationship. Sessions are confidential except if the client is at risk of hurting themselves or somebody else. In these circumstances we are ethically bound to contact the clients GP ensuring their safety at all times. This action is taken with the clients knowledge.

Fees

There is a fixed charge per session or if your employees have private healthcare as a workplace benefit Quiet Minds are approved providers for AXA Healthcare, Aetna, Aviva, Cigna, Healix and Vitality Health. There is no requirement to sign an annual contract – simply call or email us and we will arrange therapy for your employees.
