Who we work with
Daisy Williams - Counsellor - Adults and Young People
As a young adult, I suffered from anxiety and depression for some years before I approached a counsellor for help. Once I had experienced how life-changing talking therapy can be, I was inspired to change my own career in a very corporate environment to become a counsellor myself. Four years of training and a BA degree later, I qualified and made the jump into working with helping others, which is the best decision I have ever made.
I am a Person-Centred counsellor, which means that I will work with you in a way that helps you explore your own feelings and behaviours, so that you can focus on becoming more self-aware and building self-confidence. I specialise in working with depression, anxiety, stress and low self-esteem. I have worked with a variety of ages, cultures, religions and recognise that every person is individual and unique.
I also currently work as a Counselling Lecturer, teaching the Level 2 Award Introduction to Counselling and the Level 2 Counselling Skills at colleges across London.
Sharon Lenihan - Counsellor - Adults, Children and Young People
I am an experienced MBACP Registered Counsellor offering integrative therapy, in-person, online or by telephone.
I have previously worked extensively with children, adolescents and adults in an investigative and multi-agency setting before transitioning into counselling and currently provide counselling to survivors of sexual trauma through a Reading based charity.
In sessions with me, you are important, and your journey matters. As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from different therapeutic methods to support you in the best way possible. Whether you're seeking a safe space to process emotions, develop coping strategies, or explore personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and respect. Your well-being is at the heart of our work together.
Reviews
“After years of suffering with painful endometriosis I can now say that my symptoms have reduced drastically. From changing my diet (cutting out dairy and increasing foods such as oily fish) and taking various supplements the pain is now a lot less, my skin is better and I feel I have more energy. To top it off I am now pregnant, something I was told may never happen. Thank you so much!”

“I have suffered from eczema all of my life, particularly after my second pregnancy when my hormones went awol! I was left with a daily red rash on my jaw line and on my eyelids which felt and looked like I had been burnt. I was also suffering from hot flushes. After trying numerous steroid creams from my doctor, which irritated my skin, I decided I needed to look at my diet and so I booked an appointment with Sally. After my consultation we looked at balancing my hormones naturally by changing my diet and taking supplements including fish oils to help my dry skin. After one month the difference was amazing and I am pleased to say I have not had an outbreak since. I have changed my diet and am more aware of certain foods that bring on my eczema such as fizzy drinks which I drunk to give me energy. Not only do I feel better but I also have a lot more confidence and energy to look after my 2 small children.”

Sally Wisbey - Nutritionist
After spending several years of suffering with health conditions throughout my 20’s, I decided to take responsibility for my own health and train as a Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, where I graduated with a diploma in nutritional therapy. Understanding first hand how food and nutrition influence our well being, I am passionate about educating and inspiring people to recognise the benefits of healthy eating and the amazing effects that food can have on the body and both our physical and mental health.
I have a keen interest in Lyme disease after my own personal experience with the condition. This led me on to researching extensively about the disease and attending seminars to gain as much knowledge as I could to help others and raise awareness. I was honoured to receive the 2015 CAM award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Community’ for my work on Lyme disease.
