Counsellor
As a young adult, I suffered from anxiety and depression for some years before I approached a counsellor for help. Once I had experienced how life-changing talking therapy can be, I was inspired to change my own career in a very corporate environment to become a counsellor myself. Four years of training and a BA degree later, I qualified and made the jump into working with helping others, which is the best decision I have ever made.
I am a Person-Centred counsellor, which means that I will work with you in a way that helps you explore your own feelings and behaviours, so that you can focus on becoming more self-aware and building self-confidence. I specialise in working with depression, anxiety, stress and low self-esteem. I have worked with a variety of ages, cultures, religions and recognise that every person is individual and unique.
I also currently work as a Counselling Lecturer, teaching the Level 2 Award Introduction to Counselling and the Level 2 Counselling Skills at colleges across London.
Sally
Nutritionist
After spending several years of suffering with health conditions throughout my 20’s, I decided to take responsibility for my own health and train as a Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London, where I graduated with a diploma in nutritional therapy. Understanding first hand how food and nutrition influence our well being, I am passionate about educating and inspiring people to recognise the benefits of healthy eating and the amazing effects that food can have on the body and both our physical and mental health.
I have a keen interest in Lyme disease after my own personal experience with the condition. This led me on to researching extensively about the disease and attending seminars to gain as much knowledge as I could to help others and raise awareness. I was honoured to receive the 2015 CAM award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Community’ for my work on Lyme disease.

Caroline
I have accessed therapy with Caroline for 3 years, and the work we have done has been transformative. It has provided me with the support, guidance and awareness I was looking for, and in turn has helped me renew all areas of my life.

‘Clare was pivotal at a crucial point in our marriage, our lives, and instrumental in changing perceptions to bring us closer together, working with both of us and more so alone and especially with me. The work we did was comprehensive, educational, invaluable, powerful and conclusive. Thank you.

Caroline has worked with my 16 year old son for a number of years and i feel safe in the knowledge that he has a professional outlet outside the family.
There has been lots for my son to work through. Many of his issues are played out in his social life particularly in his choice of company and his reasons for gravitating towards groups and scenarios that are dangerous and unproductive for him. Without Carolines intervention i believe we would be in a very different place to where we have collectively worked very hard to be my son especially.
I never press my son for details of what he shares in their sessions but get great pleasure in seeing the subtle changes to his perspectives and behaviours with each session he has particularly recently. Put simply, Caroline reaches depths to my son that are often off limits to me and that is what makes her intervention invaluable.
Ive no doubt the beautiful traits my son has always displayed combined with the continued support he receives from Caroline and from home will enable my son to truly flourish in life and so for Carolines assistance i'm extremely grateful.
Clare is a brilliant therapist to have in your corner. She is authentic, relatable and intuitively knows how to make you feel comfortable. I felt heard and understood and by the end empowered through the knowledge and tools she imparted to me. Working with Clare has brought back the joy in my life.

Caroline was excellent, and warmly approachable. She helped me on bereavement and relationships. She immediately got on my wavelength, and as I ducked and dived dropping nuggets of information all over the place, she picked them all up, knitted them together and made perfect sense to me in my turmoil. I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough.

SALLY
“After years of suffering with painful endometriosis I can now say that my symptoms have reduced drastically. From changing my diet (cutting out dairy and increasing foods such as oily fish) and taking various supplements the pain is now a lot less, my skin is better and I feel I have more energy. To top it off I am now pregnant, something I was told may never happen. Thank you so much!”
Rebecca, 37
“I have suffered from eczema all of my life, particularly after my second pregnancy when my hormones went awol! I was left with a daily red rash on my jaw line and on my eyelids which felt and looked like I had been burnt. I was also suffering from hot flushes. After trying numerous steroid creams from my doctor, which irritated my skin, I decided I needed to look at my diet and so I booked an appointment with Sally. After my consultation we looked at balancing my hormones naturally by changing my diet and taking supplements including fish oils to help my dry skin. After one month the difference was amazing and I am pleased to say I have not had an outbreak since. I have changed my diet and am more aware of certain foods that bring on my eczema such as fizzy drinks which I drunk to give me energy. Not only do I feel better but I also have a lot more confidence and energy to look after my 2 small children.”
