FAQ

  • Once you get in touch, we will arrange a brief initial conversation to explore what is bringing you here and what you are hoping to achieve.

This is a relaxed, no-pressure space where you can ask questions, get a feel for how we work, and decide whether this feels like the right fit for you.

  • Our work combines elements of both psychotherapy and life coaching.

    This means we can:

    ·      Explore and understand emotional patterns, past experiences, and internal blocks

    ·      Work practically towards change, clarity, and forward movement in your life

    ·      You are not just talking about problems – you are also actively creating solutions. The approach is tailored to you and can shift depending on what you need in each session

  • People come for many different reasons. You might be:

    ·      Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck

    ·      Struggling with confidence or self-worth

    ·      Navigating a life transition or difficult decision

    ·      Wanting to improve relationships

    ·      Looking for more direction, purpose, or fulfilment

    ·      Aiming to break patterns that no longer serve you

    ·      You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out - part of the process is gaining that clarity together

  • Not at all.

Many people seek support not because something is “wrong,” but because they want things to feel better, clearer, or more aligned. You might simply feel stuck, lost, or ready for change.

This space is just as much about growth as it is about healing.

  • Yes - confidentiality is a core part of the work.

Everything you share is treated with respect and privacy. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions (for example, if there is a serious risk of harm), which will be clearly explained in our agreement so you feel fully informed.

  • Sessions are available both:

    ·      In person

    ·      Online

Online sessions work just as effectively as face-to-face sessions, with the added convenience of attending from your own space.

  • Online sessions are structured in the same way as in-person sessions.

    All you need is:

    ·      A private, quiet space

    ·      A stable internet connection

    ·      A device (phone, tablet, or laptop)

If any technical issues arise, we will either reconnect quickly or continue by phone if needed. We are also happy to help you get set up beforehand.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes.

This provides enough time to explore things in depth while maintaining focus and momentum.

  • This varies from person to person.

Some people come for a short period to work through a specific issue, while others choose longer-term support for deeper work and ongoing development.

We will regularly review how things are going to ensure the work continues to feel useful and relevant for you.

  • This is completely normal.

Starting something new - especially something personal - can feel daunting. You do not need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. Part of our role is to help you feel at ease and guide the process at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

  • You can get in touch via email.

From there, we will arrange an initial conversation and take things step by step. There is no pressure - just an opportunity to explore whether this feels right for you.
