In today’s society it can be hard being a young person, often feeling overwhelmed with thoughts and feelings. Some of the difficulties experienced may be: pressure from social media, anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression, sexual identity, school issues, bullying, exam stress, friend or relationship issues, self harm, bereavement and parental separation.
At Quiet Minds we have years of experience working with young people and know that opening up and talking about how you are feeling is a big step. You may have a counselling service at school, college or university but feel uncomfortable accessing support around your peers.
